What time do the technicians arrive

Morning: 8am-12am
Afternoon: 1pm-5pm

Can we clean skylights

If they are on the roof, we can only clean from the inside. We can not go on the roof to clean the outside due to insurance restrictions.

How much do we charge for misc. items (example: chandeliers, shower doors, mirrors)

This is determined on a case by case basis. You can have them take a picture of the item with their cell phone and send it to us and then you can call them back with an accuracte quote.

What days do we schedule

Monday thru Saturday.

What equipment do the techs bring with them

A 40ft ladder, an extension pole, a window mop, various sized squeegees, long handle stiff bristled brush for the screens, waterless cleaning solution, microfiber towels, screwdrivers, cordless drill, computer, and cell phone.

How can the customer pay

They can give a check to the tech or if they want to pay with credit card the tech will call in and put customer on the phone with the dispatch dept, if they are not home they need to call in with the credit card payment within 2 days. We do not accept cash.

Does the customer need to be home for us to do the job

Only if we are doing the interior.

What if they have regular screens that clip from the inside

They will need to allow us access inside if they want us to remove them or they can remove them for us before we get there.

Can we still clean the windows with our solution if the windows are tinted

Yes. Our solution is not alcohol based so it will not harm the tint.

Do we go out and just give quotes

No. We quote them over the phone with our flat rates and anything special is case by case.

Do we do special requests, (example; mold on bricks)

This is also done on a case by case basis.
